It’s true!…Most certainly! ‘Spring has brought us such a nice surprise…’ just as the song goes – and it is everywhere and all over Sweden! It’s pretty awesome to see all of Winter’s “bleak and blah” burst into Spring’s “oooh and awe” of new life, beautiful greenery and flowers literally all over and everywhere!

The seasons pretty much stay within their allotted times, but life in general? Well…that’s another story! One thing we probably can agree is that on any given day in life there is a mix of ups and downs and highs and lows, just like life is supposed to have. The secret is to look for and capture the blessing in everyday moments. They are the ones that bring us hope, make us smile, restore our faith , and perhaps even cause us tears of joy. They can fill our hearts with gratitude. Life offers us so many glimpses in the things that surround us which bring to mind cherished memories, inspiration, and peace. Don’t let bleak days ‘blah’som’ – Look for and hold on to those every day moments that God gives you. You might even feel like telling Him thank you…and that you’re grateful. That would be a nice touch…

If you have never heard about it before, I want to and can tell you, that God truly does live. It was His plan (the Plan of Happiness…still in effect) that gave us the opportunity to come to earth and make something better of ourselves by learning and having new experiences. And, well, here we are – all of His children learning first hand about having a body of flesh and bones…that’s new for us. We’ve also been making decisions choosing between right and wrong…good, better, and best…sometimes we aim but fall short of the mark and sure feel bad. Ok. So we try again to get it right by changing what we did wrong or correcting an unintentional mistake and keep trying to do better. That’s what’s so nice about the principle of repentance…we get to say we’re sorry when we mean it, and it counts. Phew! We have learned so many things here on earth and we’ve been able to ‘accomplish’ things. We’ve found that we each have certain talents and interests. Here on earth we learn to get along, play fair, love and give because it’s the right thing to do. We experience life first hand from the time we are born until the day we return home where we lived before we came to earth. Everyone else born before us has done it and the way I figure, more people have come and gone than all of who are still left down here on earth going through the process. Hmmm…makes me think. That means that both life and death are part of everyone’s natural eternal ‘progression process’. What I love about God’s plan is that it is available to everyone. Period. I love that He will personally guide us to the peace, hope, and knowledge our hearts desire which He freely offers and which was paid for in our behalf so dearly by Christ. The Savior made it possible for us to be clean enough from our earthly experiences to return home when we die. The good news is that the ‘How’s’, ‘Why’s’ and answers about life are yours just for the asking and that really is good news! Families are important and can be forever. Life really is an open book test…maybe you’d like a chance to find some answers…we hope you do: https://www.comeuntochrist.org/site/home
